How long does the shipping take?
Items are delivered within 5 working days from receiving the confirmation email.
If your order hasn’t arrived at the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team. For some of our bespoke hand-made products, please allow between 7-10 days for your parcel to arrive. 
Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 128-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
I didn't receive an Order Confirmation Email after my order?
If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder.  If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.
How do I Cancel an Order?
If you decide you want to cancel an order, Contact Us with the order number. If we've already sent your order to the supplier then we will be unable to cancel as it will already be in the process of shipping.
I want to change my order/address, can I?
Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us  ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our suppliers fulfilment centre, we cannot make changes to the order.  In that case, you can send the wrong item back and once received we can send out a corrected item.
