Size guide
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while they lie stretched out, then add about 10-20cm. That is the length the bed needs to be.
If your dog likes to curl up, you can usually go one size down.
Rough guide by breed (dogs vary, so measure your own if you can):
Small dogs (Dachshund, Jack Russell, Cavapoo): beds around 60-75cm
Medium dogs (Cocker Spaniel, Springer Spaniel, Border Collie): beds around 75-95cm
Large dogs (Labrador, Golden Retriever, Vizsla): beds around 95-115cm
Extra large dogs (German Shepherd, Doberman, Great Dane): beds of 115cm and over

Returns & warranty
Pet Prestige UK offers a 14‑day return policy with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy, you may return the item for a full refund (minus original shipping charges) to the original credit card used
Exchange orders will incur delivery charges
Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and tags intact; returns are not accepted if items are not in perfect condition
To initiate a return or exchange, email or message within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and “Return/Exchange” in the subject line. A Return Authorisation email will be sent thereafter
Q1: How do I choose the right size? Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while they lie stretched out and add 10-20cm. Each product page has a Size guide tab with a rough guide by breed, and you can message us with your dog's breed and measurements if you are unsure.
Q2: Can I wash the cover? Many of our beds have removable, machine-washable covers. The Description tab on each product page gives the care instructions for that bed.
